I want this to taste like sourdough
This bread was ok. But I really wanted it to taste like sourdough. I didn't get the sourdough flavor at all. And it was on the drier side. I used it only for toast. And then threw the second half of the loaf away because it got moldy. Unless I missed it, I didn't see anything about eating it within a timeframe. Probably after about a week of having it opened, I picked it up and the second half of the loaf was moldy. I kept it in the bag/container it came in. Maybe that was a mistake.

Tastes like regular bread
I have tried Schar product in past and like that they are gluten free but tastes like regular bread. They are healthy so i would love replacing my regular wheat bread with this. Healthy option for whole family.

Good for gluten free
Bread is very soft and moist for gluten-free. In my experience most gluten free products can be dry. There is a strange smell that I’m not sure from which ingredient. Overall tasty gluten free.

Unfortunately, I didn't really enjoy this bread. The texture was a little dry and the flavor wasn't very appealing to me. I'v tried other gluten-free bread that I liked much better. This one just wasn't a favorite for me.

Best food for allergic people
My son allergic to milk and tree nuts. So the bread is great for allergic people. The bread was put on the regular shelf in store not fridge storage. So they are easy to store.

Great texture
This is a great tasting gluten free alternative with a great texture. No sandpaper in your mouth feeling. The slices could be a little bigger so they pop out of the toaster better. Otherwise great!

Soft GF bread that toasts well
Schär artisan bread is one of the better gluten-free loaves we have tried. It is soft enough for sandwiches and especially good toasted. Mild flavor and holds up well. We keep it in the freezer so it stays fresh.

This bread is excellent! Soft and flavorful, it doesn't taste gluten-free at all. Perfect for sandwiches and toast. Great value for such high quality. It's become a regular purchase for me now.
