I am very picky, when it comes to canned fish. I will only eat tuna and I am very picky about that as well. This tuna absolutely exceeded my expectations. It's chunky, not flaky. Great amount of meat, not outweighed by water. It was surprisingly a great product, all around.

Good solid tuna
Used this to make a tuna fish sandwich. After adding in the all the stuff I think it had a slightly more fishy taste than albacore. Love that its supposed to be highter in omega 3's and lower in mercury and was priced very reasonably.

I'm really impressed with this skipjack wild tuna! I love that this tuna is packed in its own juices, instead of water or oil. The flavor is incredibly fresh, mild, and clean, with absolutely none of that strong, aggressive "fishy" odor you sometimes get with cheaper brands. Knowing it's sustainably pole-and-line caught and naturally lower in mercury makes it even better. Highly recommend!
