Must have for the changing season
A li'l medicinal in taste but real manuka honey does taste that way. I take this with a pinch of dried ginger powder, turmeric and black pepper powder every morning. Seeing improvement in the itchy / dry throat issues I get during transitional months.

Takes a little getting used to
Not your typical honey. This has a creaminess and just slightly sharper in taste, like you can feel/taste the medicinal aspect of it. Blends great with coffee and tea by just stirring from it on the spoon, but does take some getting used to as itâs not your typical honey expectation of taste.

I tried a spoonful alone and then added it to my coffee drink. The taste was different than regular honey, creamier and thicker. I prefer it in something, but a spoonful now and again would be doable.

Wonderful!
This honey is wonderful! Had an amazing flavor, it honestly tastes slightly floral, and is perfectly sweet and thick. That is the only downfall, this probably isnât the best honey to use if you want to spread it on toast or a biscuit.
